Extended Technical Support
Extended technical support by letter, phone, fax, email and via scheduled site visits are also offered. Different levels of technical support include:
1. Warranty Service
Extended technical support is available for ninety days following paid product installation. Our Warranty Service covers minor adjustments and revisions, needed training not provided at the time of installation, and brief consultations on use and usage. There is no charge for Warranty Service.
2. Demand Service Priority support may be purchased as required at any time after paid installation. Demand Service includes:
a. Major revisions and modifications not specified at the time of purchase.
b. Retraining, or training for extra personnel.
c. Reworks and repairs necessitated by product misuse or abuse.
3. Contract Service
Corporate clients and those with multiple products installed may prefer to budget an annual prepaid fee for unlimited minor revisions, adjustments, consultations and tutorial refreshers. |
